We helped a leading repair company measure and balance weather, external factors, media and internal staffing capability to maximise ROI. This was a client for whom external factors, such as the weather, mattered a great deal. Econometric modelling was key to quantifying the effect of all drivers – external as well as internal – to allow the marketing plan to be optimised.
